Abstract & Full-Paper Submission


ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

An abstract (2 pages) must be submitted by 10 April 2026. The conference proceedings containing the extended abstracts will be distributed online.

The conference program will be printed as a booklet.

  • Please prepare your abstract following the "MST43 Template for extended abstract.docx"
  • To submit, you must first register by "CREATE ACCOUNT"  in MST43 website.
  • Online submission will be available after you create account and "Login" to the system.
  • File size must not exceed 10 MB.
  • Oral/Poster presenters are requested to make a payment no later than 15 May 2026.

 
FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

Full paper submission for "Proceedings", "Microscopy and Microanalysis Research (MMRES)" and Chiang Mai Journal of Science is optional.
One registration account can submit only one full paper.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION FOR PROCEEDINGS

  • Please prepare your full paper for proceedings following the "Mst43 template for full paper proceedings.docx".
  • BOTH Biological Science and Physical Science can be submitted to the conference proceedings.
  • To submit, you must first register by "CREATE ACCOUNT" and then submit the abstract before submission of full paper.
  • Full paper for proceedings is limited to 6 pages (including figures and tables).
  • File size must not exceed 10 MB.
  • Reviewing and editing will be done by the MMRES Committee.
  • Submission deadline: By 10 April 2026.

 

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION FOR "MICROSCOPY AND MICROANALYSIS RESEARCH-The Journal of the Microscopy Society of Thailand" (Peer-reviewed Journal)

  • Abstract submitted in BOTH Biological Science and Physical Science Sessions can submit to the Microsc. Microanal. Res.
  • To submit, please visit: https://ph02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/mmres/
  • File size must not exceed 10 MB.
  • Reviewing and editing will be done by the MMRES Committee.
  • Expected publication date: December 2026.
  • Submission deadline: By  11 June 2026.

 
FULL PAPER SUBMISSION FOR "Chiang Mai Journal of Science" (indexing in ISI and Scopus)

 

  • Please prepare your full paper for Chiang Mai Journal of Science following the "Chiang Mai Journal of Science template".
  • BOTH Biological Science and Physical Science can be submitted to the conference proceedings.
  • To submit, you must first register by "CREATE ACCOUNT".
  • You must register and create a new account for full paper submission (EVEN IF your abstract has already been accepted to the MST43 conference). 
  • Full paper for proceedings is limited to 6 pages (including figures and tables).
  • File size must not exceed 10 MB.

  • The final decision will be made by the Chiang Mai Journal of Science editors and reviewers.
  • Submission deadline: By 30 June 2026.
  • Publication fee will be support by MST42 conference 15 papers (First come first serve)

 

 

LANGAUGE NOTIFICATION

  • All full papers submitted for the conference proceedings are requested to be written in good English. The full papers for proceedings will not be proof-read or revised by the organizers.
  • Please note that the authors are responsible both for the scientific content and grammar correction suggested by reviewers or editor.

 
ABSTRACT REVIEW NOTIFICATION

  • The final decision from editor will be sent to the corresponding author no later than 10 April 2026.
  • All correspondence relating to the submission will be directed only to the corresponding author, who should, in turn, distribute to all co-authors.
