The competition is open to all registered participants who attend the conference. The awards will be given for 3 categories:

Guideline for Entry
1. All registered participants of MST conference are eligible. Submission must be completed by the owner of work on the first day of the academic program (conference opening day).
2. All entries must be submitted as a hardcopy printed on photographic paper, A4 size (210 × 297 mm or 8.3 × 11.7 inches). Templates for art photo contest are available to download.
3. Each registered participant may submit a maximum of two art photos per category. Each photo will be assigned a numeric code upon submission.
4. Each submitted photo must contain the following information.
· Title of work/photo
· Description
· Instrument
· Submitted by (name of owner)
· Affiliation
5. Judging criteria include scientific relevance of microscopy, visual impact, quality, and creativity.
6. Judging will be carried out by representatives of MST. Entries in each category will be judged separately, in accordance with the judging criteria. The decision made by MST representatives is final. Depending on the entries received, the number of awards in each category may be adjusted without prior notice.
7. By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge and agree that their submitted photo will be displayed on the Art Photo Contest board throughout the MST44 conference, until the event concludes. Photos may also be captured by attendees or by the organizing team for promotional use on the MST website.
Note: All submissions must follow the designated template. Submissions that do not follow the correct format may be rejected.
