The MST44 Proceedings (peer-reviewed), containing abstracts and full papers, will be distributed at the conference.
PRESENTATION DETAILS
A. Oral Presentation
Tentatively 15 minutes including question and answer. The recommended breakdown is 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A. A warning sign will be displayed when the time limit is reached.
Please prepare the presentation file using Microsoft PowerPoint (version 2010 or later).
The presentation file must be uploaded to the central computer before the session begins. If you plan to use your own laptop, please ensure it is compatible with the venue’s display system and tested in advance.
B. Poster Presentation
Posters must be in portrait A0 size (H = 118 cm x W = 84 cm).
You must be at your poster during the poster presentation session to be considered for award recognition. Conference participants and committee members will be present for Q&A.
Please be informed that your poster will be displayed in the exhibition hall throughout the MST44 conference. Photos may also be captured by attendees or by the organizing team for promotional use on the MST website.
C. Plenary Lecture & Invited Lecture
This session features selected topics presented by invited speakers and special guests of the conference.
Plenary Lecture: 45 minutes including question and answer. The recommended breakdown is 40 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for Q&A.
Invited Lecture: 15 minutes including question and answer. The recommended breakdown is 12 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for Q&A.
